Roof garden on the base of the tower at levels 4 and 5. The design consists of a series of parallel lines and roads that refer vegetation echoing the front of the building in its background and figure.
It has a system to capture rainwater, the selection of vegetation supports strong sunlight and extreme weather conditions, it requires low water consumption which helps having a low maintenance costs. The vegetation acts as a thermal insulator decreasing the use of air conditioning in the building, helping then to make the building more sustainable. A landscape is achieved from the following levels and converts the rooftop as an extension over the facade of the building with a low operating cost and maintenance.

Roof garden sobre el basamento de la torre en los niveles 4 y 5. El diseño consiste en una serie de líneas de caminos y vegetación paralelas que hacen referencia como eco a la fachada del edificio en su fondo y figura.
Cuenta con un sistema para captar el agua pluvial, la selección de vegetación soporta insolación fuerte y condiciones extremas además de que requieren bajo consumo de agua lo que ayuda a que tenga un bajo costo en mantenimiento, así mismo la vegetación funciona como aislante térmico disminuyendo el uso de aire acondicionado dentro del edificio, ayudando a que el edificio sea más sustentable. Se logra un paisaje desde los siguientes niveles y convierte la azotea del basamento en una extensión más de la fachada del edificio, con un bajo costo operativo y de mantenimiento.
