The proposal covers different areas and services such as school, hotel, botanical garden, greenhouse, nurseries, etc. The project stands out the re- creation of a botanical garden as a context for the villas, this allows to play with colors, scents and textures for the set.

Proyecto ganador con el primer lugar. La propuesta abarca diferentes zonas y servicios como: escuela, hotel, parque botánico, invernadero, viveros, etc. Del proyecto destaca la re-creación de un jardín botánico como contexto para las villas, esto permite jugar con colores, aromas y texturas para el conjunto.
