The project seeks to create a solid body of infrastructure and green components contemplating a viable strategy, together with the concept of contemporary architecture optimizing the compliance to achieve the following objectives:
- Maximum sustainability through hydraulic and energy independence, ensuring the best conditions for an "evergreen" park.
- Low cost of operation and maintenance of the park.
- Security and control through visibility and transparency.
- Social impulse with variables of age, disability, recreation and educational.

El proyecto busca generar un cuerpo sólido de infraestructura y componentes verdes integrando el concepto de arquitectura contemporánea bajo los siguientes objetivos:
- Sustentabilidad máxima por medio de autonomía hidráulica y energética, garantizando las mejores condiciones para un parque “siempre verde”.
- Bajo costo de operación y mantenimiento del parque.
- Seguridad y control por medio de visibilidad y transparencia.
- Impulso social con variables de edad, discapacidad, recreación y didáctica.
