Se trata de una propiedad privada en donde se regeneró el ecosistema existente. Los objetivos principales fueron: evitar cualquier forma de erosión, no interrumpir la dinámica hidrológica existente del lugar, evitar la eliminación de vegetación existente y la regeneración de la dinámica natural en zonas ya afectadas (antes de iniciar la obra).

This is a private property where the existing ecosystem was regenerated. From the beginning of the project the objectives were defined and divided into several criteria for intervention to avoid any negative impact on the natural environment as follows: to avoid any form of erosion; to not disrupt the existing hydrological dynamics; to avoid removing vegetation or any regenerated one of the natural dynamics in affected areas (before starting work ).
